In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 1 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the application of an individual — entrepreneur Dmitriev Kirill Igorovich about the cancellation of his own license

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AE series No. 269803 and No. 269804 issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 465 of May 17, 2013 No. 465, to the individual entrepreneur Dmitriev Kirill Igorovich (registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 3169609213) non-military weapons, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.V.) within three calendar days to notify the licensee of the decision with the sending of the relevant extract and ensure control over the execution of this order.

4th. This order comes into force from the date of its adoption.
