THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities of LLC “BUSINESS SECURITY”

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 6 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act on repeated violation of the requirements of the license terms of LLC “BUSINESS SECURITY”

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AG series No. 505474 for the provision of property and citizen protection services issued to the limited liability company “BUSINESS SECURITY” (identification code 37389603), in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 02.03.2011 No. 73.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. The Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.) within three calendar days to notify the licensee of the decision with the sending of the corresponding extract and ensure control over the execution of this order.
