On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of July 21, 2011 No. 459 “On Approval of the Procedure for Compilation and Form of Submission of Requests for Public Information, the Administrator of which is the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information” and Decree of the President of Ukraine of May 05, 2011 No. 547 “Issues of providing executive authorities with access to public information”, in order to bring the normative and legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine into compliance with the legislation of Ukraine

I ORDER:

1. Adhere to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of July 21, 2011 No. 459 “On Approval of the Procedure for Compilation and Form of Submission of Requests for Public Information, the Administrator of which is the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”, registered at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 20, 2011 under No. 1109/19847, the following amendments:

1) in paragraph 2, the words “Deputy Minister of Police Lieutenant General Chernykh S.P., Deputy Minister — Chief of Staff Voroni D.M., shall be replaced by “Deputy Minister — Chief of Staff Takhtai O.V.” ;

2) in paragraph 3, replace the words “Department of Documentary Support” with the words “Department of Secret and Documentary Support”;

3) in paragraph 4, replace the words “Department of Material Support (Shevchuk O.M.) in the Department of Documentation Support (hereinafter — UDZ)” with the words “Department of Provision and Communications (Shalievska L.I.) in the Department of Regime Secret and Documentary Support (hereinafter — DRSDZ)”;

4) in paragraph 5, replace the words “Department of Public Relations (Kushnir V.O.)” with the words “Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.)” ;

5) Paragraph 6 shall be worded as follows:

“6. Heads of the State Research Expert and Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, territorial research expert forensic centers, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, regional service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and in the city of Sevastopol, regions, in the city of Kiev, the State Research and Research of the Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as institutions, institutions and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, to develop their own Procedure for working with requests for information.” ;

6) in paragraph 7, replace the words “UDZ (Kovalev R.Yu.)” with the words “DRSDZ (Tereshchenko Yu.V.)”.

2. Approve Amendments to the Procedure for compiling and submitting requests for public information managed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 21, 2011 No. 459, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 20, 2011 under No. 1109/19847, attached.

3. In paragraph 2 of the Form for submitting a request for public information approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 21, 2011 No. 459, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 20, 2011 under No. 1109/19847, the digits “(044) 254 76 43” are replaced by “(044) 254 96 12”.

4th. The Department of Secret and Documentary Support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Tereshchenko Yu.V.) to ensure the submission of this order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the prescribed manner.

5. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the Deputy Minister — the head of the apparatus.

6. This order comes into force from the day of its official publication.
