On the issuance of licenses for the right to conduct certain types of economic activities

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine of March 02, 2015
No. 222-VIII “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue:

1) an individual — entrepreneur Kovalenko Elena Sergeevna, who lives at the address: ul. Kuybysheva, 7, sq. 34, m. Poltava, 36039, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 3073804002, — license for conducting business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; sale of special means charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity (shop) at the address: ul. Kuibysheva, 7, m. Poltava;

2) the limited liability company “HUNTING AND SPORT” (ul. Irpinskaya, 63-A, sq. 74, m. Kyiv, 03179, identification code 40056305) — a license for the conduct of commercial trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; sale of special equipment loaded with pig substances irritating and irritating action, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity (shop) at the address: ul. Preobrazhenskaya, 23, m. Kiev.

2. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
