On the issuance of re-registration and recognition of invalid licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine of March 02, 2015 No. 222-VIII “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue a license for the conduct of security activities:

2. To renew the license dated August 01, 2014 of the AE series No. 292336 for the conduct of security activities to the limited liability company “SECURITY SERVICE “TIME OF THE UNION OF CORPORATIONS” (identification code 39155127, location: st. Kibalchycha, 1, office. 14, m. Kyiv, 02218) in connection with the change of the name of the legal entity.

3. To invalidate the license dated August 01, 2014 of the AE series No. 292336 for the conduct of security activities, issued to the limited liability company “SECURITY SERVICE “SELF-DEFENSE” (identification code 39155127, location: lane. Shkolnyi, 2-B, s. Sofiivska Borshchahivka, Kievo-Svyatoshinsky district, Kyiv region, 08131), in connection with re-registration.

4th. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
