In accordance with the Law of Ukraine of March 02, 2015 No. 222-VIII “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

2. To re-issue the license dated February 02, 2010 of AB series No. 507494 for the conduct of security activities to the private joint-stock company “EKATERINOSLAV” (identification code 21922896, location: st. Schmidt, 8, sq. 3-A, m. Dnipropetrovsk, 49000) in connection with the change of the name of the legal entity.

To invalidate the license of February 02, 2010 of AB No. 507494 series for the right to provide services related to the protection of state and other property, the provision of services for the protection of citizens, issued to the closed joint-stock company “EKATERINOSLAV” (identification code 2192289, location: st. Radhospna, 54, Yuvileyne village, Dnipropetrovsk region, 52005), in connection with the re-registration.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
