THE ORDER

In accordance with the requirements of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine of March 02, 2015 №222-VIII “On licensing of economic activities”

I ORDER:

1. On the basis of the act of refusal of the licensee to carry out the inspection by the licensing authority, to cancel the license of 05.11.2010 of the AB No. 540748 series for the conduct of economic activities for the provision of services related to the protection of state and other property, issued to the private enterprise “HYPERION SECURITY SERVICE” (identification code 37267242).

2. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
