THE ORDER

On the issuance of a license and the extension of the conduct of the type of economic activity

In accordance with the requirements of Articles 7 and 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Economic Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Expand the limited liability company “STVOL” (str. Rishelevskaya, 73, m. Odessa, 65012, identification code 37608933) conducting a type of economic activity on trade in non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special tools charged with tear reading substances and irritant action, personal protection, active defense, carried out at the address: ul. Saksaganskogo, 43, m. Kyiv, 01033, is an additional part, namely the type of economic activity on trade in ammunition for non-military firearms.

2. Issue to the limited liability company “CENTER OF ARMS “REALIST” (str. Melnikova, 46-A, m. Kyiv, 04119, identification code 37406542) — a license for conducting business activities for repairing non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 4.5 millimeters 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense.

3. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication.

4. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.)
