On the expansion of the type of economic activity and the place of conduct of activities

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Expand the limited liability company “CENTRAL BUREAU OF ARMAMENTS” (str. Shlyuzova, 1, m. Vyshgorod, Kyiv region, 07300, identification code 39550938) conducting a type of economic activity on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense as an additional part, namely the type of economic activity for the production, repair of non-military firearms.

Consider the production premises and workshop at: ul. Petrovskogo, 38, m. Rzhyshchiv, Kaharlyk district, Kyiv region, is the place of economic activities for the production and repair of non-military firearms.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.)
