On the cancellation of the license of the natural person-entrepreneur Boyko M.V.

In accordance with the requirements of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the application of an individual entrepreneur about the cancellation of his own license

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the licenses of the AE series No. 186004 for the conduct of economic activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; series AE No. 186005 for the conduct of economic activities for the sale of special equipment, charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense, issued by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of October 18, 2012 No. 920 to an individual — entrepreneur Boyko Maxim Vitalyevich, residing at the address: ave. Lenin, 24, sq. 48, m. Kharkiv, 61166, — registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 3064610035.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
