THE ORDER

On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of June 24, 2005 No. 500

Registered at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2016 № 1202/29332

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Appeal of Citizens”, in order to bring the normative and legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, taking into account the organizational and staff structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

I ORDER:

1. Paragraph 3 of the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of June 24, 2005 No. 500 “On Approval of the Regulations on the Reception of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Procedure for Personal Reception of Citizens in the Reception of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”, registered in the Ministry of Justice

Ukraine on August 03, 2005 under No. 851/11131 (with amendments), to state in the following version:

“3. To the heads of structural divisions of the apparatus of the Ministry, the State Research Expert and Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, higher educational institutions belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, every quarter until the 05 of the month following the reporting period to submit to the Department of Regime and Official Activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs information and analytical materials on the state of execution of orders of the leadership of the Ministry to the appeals of citizens received at a personal reception at the reception of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and about the consequences of their consideration.”

2. Approve Amendments to the Regulations on the Reception of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 24, 2005 No. 500, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 03, 2005 under No. 851/11131, attached.

3. Approve Amendments to the Procedure for Personal Reception of Citizens in Reception of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 24, 2005 No. 500, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 03, 2005 under No. 852/11132, attached.

4. The Department for Regime and Official Activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Tereshchenko Yu.V.) to ensure the submission of this order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the manner prescribed by law.

5. This order comes into force from the day of its official publication.

6. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the Deputy Minister.
