On refusal to issue licenses
on the conduct of security
activity
Limited liability companies “GLOBAL SECURITY SERVICE “AQUILA”, “PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANY “GEFEST”, “SECURITY FIRM “ALPHA SECURITY”, “HERMES PROTECTION” and private enterprise “DEMETRA PROTECTION” have applied to the Ministry of the Interior with applications for the issuance of a license to conduct security activities (hereinafter referred to as license applicants). According to the results of consideration of applications and documents submitted by license applicants in accordance with the requirements of the Licensing Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 960 of November 18, 2015, it was established that the documents relating to the specialist in the organization of security measures do not meet the requirements of paragraph eight part of the first part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Security Activities”.
It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing documents on a specialist in the organization of security measures, who, in accordance with the requirements of the above-mentioned Law, must be the head of the security entity or his deputy, the head of a branch, another separate structural unit or his deputy, whose official duties include the organization and conduct of security measures, control in the performance of the duties assigned to it by the security personnel.
On the basis of paragraph 1 of part 3 of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”
I ORDER:
1. Refuse to issue a license to conduct security activities:
limited liability company “GLOBAL SECURITY SERVICE “AQUILA” (identification code 40856341, location: st. Chasoviarska, 98, m. Kramatorsk, Donetsk region 84330, — statement of October 04, 2016 No. 231-2016);
limited liability company “PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANY “GEFEST” (identification code 40800697, location: Druzhby Narodiv Boulevard, bud. 8-A, m. Kyiv, 01103, — statement dated October 04, 2016 No. 231-2016);
limited liability company “SECURITY FIRM “ALFA SECURITY” (identification code 40533711, location: Druzhby Narodiv Boulevard, bud. 8-A, m. Kyiv, 01103, — statement dated October 04, 2016 No. 231-2016);
limited liability company “HERMES PROTECTION” (identification code 40800655, location: str. Yakira, 13, m. Kyiv, 04119, — statement dated October 04, 2016 No. 231-2016);
to the private enterprise “DEMETRA ZAHIST” (identification code 40610000, location: st. Velyka Permskaya, bud. 8-J, m. Kropyvnytskyi, 25006, — statement dated October 03, 2016 No. 230-2016).
2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication.
3. To the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.) a copy of this decision to send license applicants within a period not exceeding five working days and ensure control over the execution of this order.
