In accordance with the requirements of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the head of the business entity about the cancellation of its own license

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of AB series No. 594911 for the conduct of activities for the provision of services for the protection of property and citizens, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 25.01.2012 No. 58 to the private enterprise “Security Agency “TITANIUM” (location: st. Karazin, 6-B, m. Kharkiv, 61002, identification code 32238400).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
