On the issuance and re-registration of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

Issue a license for the conduct of security activities:

limited liability company “SECURITY AGENCY “ZEVS” (identification code 40770370, location: str. Velyka Arnautskaya, 93, m. Odessa, 65007);

limited liability company “TEDFORT” (identification code 40537496, location: str. Lesi Ukrainki, 12, office 304, str. Sofiivska Borshchahivka, Kyievo-Svyatoshinsky district, Kyiv region, 08131);

limited liability company “ZAHID-HOLDING” (identification code 40803200, location: str. Dobok, bud. 36-A, m. Lviv, 79052);

the limited liability company “NIGHT WATCH” (identification code 38483253, location: str. Vadym Hetmana, building 27, m. Kiev, 03056);

limited liability company “SECURITY STATUS” (identification code 40815368, location: str. Palladina, 25, office 209, m. Kiev, 03164);

limited liability company “ZAKHIST-2016" (identification code 40770081, location: str. Heroes of Stalingrad, 13, m. Melitopol, Zaporozhye region, 72313);

2. To renew the license of February 25, 2011 of the AG No. 505401 series for the conduct of security activities to the municipal enterprise “MUNICIPAL POLICE” of the Dnipropetrovsk City Council (identification code 37538877, location: Yavornytskoho Avenue, 75, city. Dnipro, 49000) in connection with the change of the name of the legal entity.

3. To invalidate the license dated February 25, 2011 of the AG No. 505401 series for the conduct of activities for the provision of property and citizen protection services issued to the municipal enterprise “MUNICIPAL GUARD” of the Dnipropetrovsk City Council (identification code 37538877, location: Karl Marx Avenue, Building 75, m. Dnipropetrovsk, 49000), in connection with the re-registration.

4th. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication.

5. The licensing department (Kamyshanov V.I.) within three working days to notify license applicants about the decision made and ensure control over the execution of this order.
