THE ORDER

On the issuance of a license for the conduct of activities, the expansion of the types of activities and the place of conduct of activities

In accordance with the second paragraph of the ninth part of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), the fee for granting a license in the part for which the licensee intends to expand his activity is charged as for obtaining a new license in accordance with the first part of Article 14 of the Law in the amount of one subsistence minimum, based on the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, effective on the day of the decision to issue a license. The fee for issuing a license is paid by the licensee no later than ten working days from the date of publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the decision to issue a license.

Licensees confirm the payment of the fee for issuing a license by submitting to the Ministry of Internal Affairs the relevant document, which is a copy of the receipt issued by the bank, a copy of the payment order with the bank's mark, a receipt from the payment terminal, a receipt (check) issued by the post office of communication. Non-payment of the fee for issuing a license in accordance with paragraph 10 of part two of Article 16 of the Law is the basis for deciding to cancel the license.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with Article 6 of the Law and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Expand the limited liability company “VESTA RIELTI” (st. Vikentiia Hvoiky, building 21, m. Kyiv, 04080, identification code 34348354) conducting a type of economic activity for the production of ammunition for non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense as an additional part, namely the production of firearms for non-military purposes.

2. Expand the limited liability company “DEFENSE TECHNOLOGIES” (ul. Krasnoarmeyskaya, 114, m. Kyiv, 03150, identification code 39602928) conducting a type of economic activity on the repair of non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment, charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense as an additional part, namely the production of non-military firearms and means of active defense.

In accordance with the information submitted by the licensee, consider a store that trades in weapons, ammunition for it, special means, a weapons repair workshop and a production facility at the address: ul. Prilutska, 131, m. Nizhyn, Chernihiv region, is the place of economic activities for the production, repair of non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of active defense equipment, sale of special means charged with substances of tearing and irritating action, personal protection, active defense.

Central, bud. 2-B, village Kvitneve, Brovarsky district, Kyiv region, 07400, identification code 38905855) license for conducting business activities on trade in non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with substances of tearing and irritating action, personal protection, active defense.
