On the cancellation of licenses for conducting business activities

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3 of part 2 of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, due to the presence in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations of Information on the State Registration of Termination of Business Activities of an Individual Entrepreneur

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the licenses of the AE series No. 642424 for the conduct of economic activities in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; series AE No. 299501— for the sale of special equipment, loaded substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 26.02.2015 No. 768 to the natural person-entrepreneur LIZHNIENKO VIKTOR ANDRIYOVICH, who lives at the address: ul. Soviet Army, 4, Ovidiopol, Odessa region, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2330908059.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is placed on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
