On the cancellation of the license to carry out the type of activity of LLC “TRADING HOUSE “PATRIOT ”

I ORDER: In accordance with paragraph 8 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine
“On Licensing of Business Activities”, on the basis of the act of 22.10.2019 No. 24/2-1308 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

1. To cancel the license of the AE series No. 642384 for the conduct of economic activities related to the trade in non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second: license of the AE series No. 642385 with sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of June 05, 2015 No. 651 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “TRADING HOUSE “PATRIOT”

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the decision.

3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the head of the Licensing Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kamyshanov V. AND.
