On the cancellation of the license
In accordance with paragraph 8 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine

“On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of 11.10.2019 No. 24/3-1276 on the licensee's refusal to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license, AE series No. 262759, for the provision of property and citizen protection services issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 06.06.2013 No. 561 to the limited liability company “SB OSCAR” (identification code 38683545; location of the licensee: Kyiv Elektrikiv Street, 12, city, 04071).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
