THE ORDER

On amendments to the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated December 26, 2016 №1351

In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”, subsection 9 of paragraph 2 of the Decree of the President of Ukraine of May 05, 2011 No. 547/2011 “Issues of providing executive authorities with access to public information” and in order to ensure a uniform procedure for accounting, storage and use of materials containing official information,

I ORDER:

1. To supplement paragraph 10 of Chapter II of the List of information constituting official information in the information system in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of December 16, 2016 No. 1351, with subparagraph 17 of the following content: “17) the nomenclature of secret affairs”.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Director of the Department for Regime and Official Activities Tereshchenko Yu.V.
