THE ORDER

On the cancellation of licenses for the conduct of certain types of economic activities

In accordance with the requirements of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of LLC “EVANST OUTDOR” about the cancellation of his own license

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AB series No. 540081 for the conduct of activities related to the trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; license of AB series No. 540082 for conducting special sales activities devices charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 18.08.2010 No. 387 to the limited liability company “EDVANST OUTDOR” (location: st. Kanatna, 132, m. Odessa, 65039, identification code 37089571).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
