In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. According to the information submitted by the limited liability company “STVOL” (Rishelevskaya Street, building 73, Odessa city, 65012, identification code 37608933), consider the store at the address: Pyrohova Street, building 2, Vinnytsia city, — the place of economic activity with trade in firearms non-military use, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

2. According to the information submitted by the Limited Liability Company “MATERIALOZNAVSTVO” (Dovnar-Zapolskogo Street, Building 8, Kyiv City, 04116, identification code 16300840), consider the production premises at the address: Heroiv Sevastopol street, building 5 A, Kyiv city, — place of economic activity in production special personal protective equipment.

3. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is placed on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
