In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. According to the information submitted by the Limited Liability Company “EVERFORT” (Patriotichna Street, building 64-D, Zaporizhia city, 69005, identification code 33210632), consider the workshop and shop at the address: Feodosiiska street, building 3, Zaporizhzhia city, as the place of investigation economic activities for the repair of non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is placed on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
