THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 05.05.2018 № 377

In accordance with the second part of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, to comply with the order of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine dated 14.09.2018 № 97 “On satisfaction of appeal” issued as a result of consideration of the appeal of LLC “LEAGUE OF SAFETY” (identification code 40323076) dated 16.05.2018 № 18/5/1 regarding the adoption of Order of the Internal Affairs of Ukraine of 05.05.2018 No. 377 “On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities” in part of the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities of LLC “LEAGUE OF SECURITY”, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 05.05.2016 No. 362,

I ORDER:

1. Cancel the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 05.05.2018 No. 377 “On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities” as part of the cancellation of the license of LLC “LEAGUE OF SECURITY” for the conduct of security activities.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to inform the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine about the decision made by sending the relevant extract and ensure control over the execution of this order.
