On the cancellation of licenses of FOP STRILCHUK O. M.

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of FOP STRILCHUK OLEG MYKOLAIOVYCH

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AE series No. 292932 for the conduct of economic activities in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and the speed of the bullet flight of more than 100 meters per second and the license of the AE series No. 292933 — on the sale of special means charged with substances of tearing and irritating action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 31.07.2014 № 756 TO AN INDIVIDUAL — ENTREPRENEUR STRILCHUK OLEG MYKOLAIOVYCH (place of residence: Belgorodsky lane, house 8, Khmelnitsky city, 29000, registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2562402857).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
