I ORDER:

1. According to the information submitted by an individual — entrepreneur GOLYNSKA TATIANA LVIVNA, residing at the address: ul. Stefanika Bichnaya, 17, selo Ostriv, Ternopil district, Ternopil region, 47728, — registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2355105448, consider the store at the address: st. Lesi Ukrainki, 55, m. Lutsk, Volyn region is a place of economic activity in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with tear substances irritant and irritant action, personal protection, active defense.
