THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AE series No. 526772 for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 28.11.2014 No. 1292 to the private enterprise “DONBAS-BEZHEKA” (identification code 39167483; location: st. Yaltinskaya, 5B, rooms 12, m. Kyiv, 02099).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the decision.

3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the head of the Licensing Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kamyshanov V.I.
