In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. To issue to an individual — entrepreneur Trotsenko Yevhen Valentinovich, who lives at the address: ul. Molodezhnaya, 5, sq. 60, m. Khmelnitsky, 29000, — registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 3227811239, — license to carry out activities for repair, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and the speed of bullet flight more than 100 m/s; sale of special means charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense.
