THE ORDER

On the cancellation of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 8 of part 2 of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AE series No. 284587 for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 29.10.2013 No. 1043 to the limited liability company “SECURITY ENTERPRISE “AZOV” (identification code 38892050; location: st. Karpenka-Karogo, 47, m. Zaporozhye, 69014).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order
