THE ORDER

On the cancellation of licenses for the conduct of certain types of economic activities

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of LLC “GALITSKOE POLYLA” about the cancellation of their own licenses

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AG series No. 507224 for the conduct of activities related to the trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; license of AG series No. 507225 for conducting special sales activities devices charged with substances of tear and irritating action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 25.03.2011 No. 104 to the limited liability company “GALITSKOE POLYLA” (location: Rynok Square, 8, m. Drohobych, Lviv region, 82100, identification code 19177066).

2. The Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.V.).
