On the cancellation of licenses for conducting business activities

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of LLC “HUDSON” on the cancellation of licenses

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AE series No. 190781 for the sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense and the license of the AE series No. 190780 for the conduct of repair activities of non-military firearms, trade in firearms non-military use, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of December 25, 2012 No. 1197 to the company with Limited Liability Company “HUDSON” (str. Tupolev, 19, m. Kyiv, 04128, identification code 38205297).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
