MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE ORDER

On approval of the composition of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine To comply with the requirements of Articles 14, 15 of the Law of
Ukraine “On Central Executive Authorities”, the Standard Provision on the Public Council under the Ministry, another central executive body, the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, oblast, Kyiv City and Sevastopol city, district, district in mm. Kyiv and Sevastopol State Administration, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 03, 2010 No. 996 (with amendments), in accordance with the protocol of the constituent meeting for the formation of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 02, 2019 and for the purpose of proper organization of the work of consultative, supervisory auxiliary and other auxiliary bodies that are created by the Ministry of Internal Affairs,

I ORDER:

1. Approve the composition of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, which is attached.

2. To recognize as invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 01, 2017 No. 750 “On approval of the composition of the Public Council”.

3. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. V.) within three working days ensure the publication of the composition of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
