On the cancellation of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 27.06.2019 No. 536 in terms of the cancellation of the license of LLC “VENBEST — SECURITY “CENTER”

To comply with the order of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine dated 16.08.2019 No. 93 “On Elimination of Violations of Legislation in the Field of Licensing” and in connection with the payment of “VENBEST — SECURITY “CENTER” LLC fee for issuing a license on the day of adoption by the licensing authority of the decision on its cancellation in accordance with paragraph 10 of part 2 of Article 16 of the Law Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” in connection with non-payment of the license fee in accordance with the second part of Article 14 of this Law

I ORDER:

1. Cancel paragraph 1 of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 27.06.2019 № 536 “On the cancellation of licenses for the conduct of security activities” in part of the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities of the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “VENBEST — SECURITY “CENTER” (identification code 42638190; location: Friendship of Peoples Square, house, 3, office 509, city Kropyvnytskyi, 25016), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated December 18, 2018 No. 1029.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
