THE ORDER

On the cancellation of licenses for conducting business activities

In accordance with the requirements of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Economic Activities” and the statement of the head of the limited liability company “CENTRAL BUREAU OF ARMAMENTS” about the cancellation of its own licenses

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the limited liability company “CENTRAL BUREAU OF ARMAMENT” (location: Shlyuzova street, house 1, Vyshgorod city, Kyiv region, 07300):

license of the AE series No. 642422 for the conduct of activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 17.06.2015 No. 710;

license of the AE series No. 642423 for conducting activities for the sale of special devices charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 17.06.2015 No. 710;

license for carrying out activities for the production, repair of non-military firearms, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 26.09.2016 No. 964.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
