THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part 2 of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine

“On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act dated 13.08.2019 № 24/3-1028 on the licensee's refusal to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AE series No. 526674 for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 20.10.2014 No. 1103 to the limited liability company “DETECTIVE - SECURITY AGENCY “SECURITY - V” (identification code 30862486; location of the licensee: ul. Dreiser, 18, sq. 64, m. Kyiv, 02222).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
