On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the requirements of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statements of the heads of limited liability companies “MAX”, “SECURITY — LAW FIRM “SECURITY OF THE COMMUNITY” about the cancellation of their licenses

I ORDER:

1. Cancel:

license of the AD series No. 076537 for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of August 21, 2012 No. 732 to the limited liability company “MAX” (location: Novoselskogo Street, 64, Odessa city, 65029);

license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 06.11.2015 No. 1382 to the limited liability company “SECURITY — LAW FIRM “SECURITY OF THE COMMUNITY” (location: Tchaikovsky Street, building 6, office 403, Lviv city, 79000).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
