ORDER №663 on the revocation of the license for the conduct of security activities

THE ORDER

In accordance with paragraph 5 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine
“On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 28.08.2012 No. 752 to the private enterprise “GEPARD-ZACHIST PLUS” (identification code 37159313; location of the licensee: st. Petlyury, 19, m. Vinnytsia, 21000).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the decision.

3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the acting head of the Licensing Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Zinchenko V. M.
