THE ORDER

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine applied for the issuance of a license for the conduct of security activities by the limited liability companies “SERVISNO — SERVICE CENTER”, “CITY SECURITY SERVICE” (hereinafter — license applicants). According to the results of consideration of applications and documents submitted by license applicants in accordance with the requirements of the Licensing Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 960 of November 18, 2015, it is established that the documents relating to the specialist in the organization of security measures do not meet the requirements of paragraph eight part of the first part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Security Activities”.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing the necessary documents regarding a specialist in the organization of security measures, who, in accordance with the requirements of the above-mentioned Law, must be the head of the security entity or his deputy, the head of a branch, another separate structural unit or his deputy, whose official duties include the organization and conduct of security measures, control over the performance of the duties assigned to it by the security personnel.

On the basis of paragraph 1 of part 3 of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Refuse to issue a license to conduct security activities:

Limited Liability Company “SERVICE-SERVICE CENTER” (identification code 40998556, location: Lustdorfskaya Doroga street, building 101, Odessa city, 65088, statement dated July 19, 2017 No. 334-2017);

To the limited liability company “CITY SECURITY SERVICE” (identification code 41384428, location: Lustdorfskaya Doroga street, building 101, Odessa city, 65088, application dated July 19, 2017 No. 335-2017).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
