On the cancellation of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 15.04.2019 No. 280 in terms of the cancellation of licenses of LLC “DEPARTMENT OF PROTECTION 1" and FOP GULIYEV S. R.

In accordance with Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and in connection with the confirmation of LLC “DEPARTMENT OF PROTECTION 1" and FOP GULIYEV S. R. payment of fees for the issuance of licenses no later than ten working days from the date of publication on the official website of the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 15.04.2019 No. 280 “On the cancellation of licenses for the conduct of security activities” (hereinafter - the order)

I ORDER:

1. To cancel paragraph 1 of the order in terms of the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities:

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “DEPARTMENT OF SECURITY 1" (identification code 42012956; location: Ostapa Vyshni street, house, 1, Vyshneve city, Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky district, Kyiv region, 08132), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 12.02.2019 № 102;

NATURAL PERSON — ENTREPRENEUR GULIYEV SERHIY ROMANOVYCH (place of residence: Evroepiska street, house 33, apartment 142, city Vishneve, Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky district, Kyiv region, 08132; registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2821604314) issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from 12.02.2019 № 102.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
