THE ORDER

On leaving without consideration the application for the issuance of a license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 1 of part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and due to the fact that the documents attached to the application for the issuance of a license are provided for in subsection 2 of paragraph 6 of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, the limited liability company “KORDON — CENTER” has not been submitted in full volume, namely the absence of a copy of the document confirming the person's passage of a mandatory preliminary (periodic) psychiatric examination, a copy of the document confirming the absence of restrictions on the person for the state of health for the performance of functional duties, which is issued in the prescribed manner, and an employment contract or extract from the work book certified by the business entity,

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration the application dated July 18, 2017 No. 332-2017 for obtaining a license to conduct security activities of the limited liability company “KORDON — CENTER” (identification code 41174018, location: Soborna street, building 7-A, office 311, Kropyvnytskyi city, 25009).

2. The Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the decision of the working day following the day.

3. The licensing department (Kamyshanov V.I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
