On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of FOP STULENIA D. IN.

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated April 17, 2019 № 291 TO AN INDIVIDUAL - ENTREPRENEUR STULEN DMYTRO VIKTOROVYCH (place of residence: Kuznetsova street, house 19, apartment 118, Zaporizhia city, 69014, registration number of the credit card taxpayer's payments and other mandatory payments 2900102217).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
