On the narrowing of the conduct of economic activities

In accordance with the eighth part of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Narrow the proceedings by an individual — entrepreneur TKACHUK VITALIY MYKHAILOVICH (place of residence: Admiralska Street, house 2 A, apartment 36, Nikolaev city, 54030; registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2082715815) of the type of economic activity for the repair of firearms non-military use, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense, carried out at the address: Schneerson Street, 10, Nikolaev city, to the type of activity on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
