In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. According to the information submitted by the individual—entrepreneur PETROVSKA MARINA LEONIDIVNA, residing at the address: Prospekt Peremohy, 40/6, city. Nova Kakhovka, Kherson region, 74900, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2725511721, consider the store at the address: ul. Pershotravneva, bud. 1-Z, m. Nova Kakhovka, Kherson region, is a place of economic activity on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.
