On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of the type of business activity
In accordance with paragraph 5 of part 2 of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine

“On Licensing of Business Activities”, on the basis of acts dated 16.07.2019 № 24/2-877 and from 17.07.2019 № 24-2-889 on non-fulfillment of the order on elimination of violations of License Terms

I ORDER:

1. Cancel license:

NATURAL PERSONS — ENTREPRENEUR OF GOLYNSKA TATIANA LVIVNA (registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments2355105448, registered: ul. Stefanika side street, 17, village Ostriv, Ternopil district, Ternopil region, 47728) license of the AE series № 292953 dated 31.10.2014 for conducting economic activities in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of more than caliber 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; license of the AE series No. 292954 for the conduct of economic activities for the sale of special means charged with tear and irritating substances, personal protection, active defense, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of October 31, 2014 No. 1169;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “VOLYN ARMS” (identification code 31183508, location: str. Klima Savura, 41, m. Lutsk, Volyn region, 43000) license of AB series No. 601559 for conducting economic activities for the repair of non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms purpose, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; license of the AB series No. 601560 for the conduct of economic activities for the sale of special equipment, charged with substances of tearing and irritating action, personal protection, active defense, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of July 02, 2012 No. 588.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the decision.

3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the head of the Licensing Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kamyshanov V. AND.
