THE ORDER

On refusal to issue a license to conduct security activities

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine applied for the issuance of a license to conduct security activities by the limited liability company “SECURITY FIRM “BARS SECURITY” (hereinafter — the license applicant). According to the results of consideration of the submitted documents, the discrepancy of the name of the license applicant was established, since according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Public Organizations) (hereinafter referred to as the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Public Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the Unified State Register of Legal Entities) THE FIRM “BARS SECURITY”.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing an application and documents indicating information about the license applicant, which will correspond to the data of the Unified State Register.

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 2 of the third article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On licensing of economic activities”

I ORDER:

1. Refuse to issue a license to conduct security activities to the limited liability company “SECURITY FIRM “BARS SECURITY” (identification code 41369640, location: Kyrylivska Street, house 40, Kyiv city, 04080, application dated July 06, 2017 No. 315-2017).

2. The Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the decision of the working day following the day.

3. The licensing department (Kamyshanov V.I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
