On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of the type of economic activity

I ORDER:

In accordance with paragraph 8 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine
“On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

1. To cancel the license for conducting business activities for the production, repair of non-military firearms, production of ammunition for non-military firearms issued by the Corporation “TASKO” (identification code 22866094; location of the licensee: ul. Lomonosova, 1, m. Vishneve, Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky district, Kyiv region, 08132) in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated December 26, 2016 No. 1353.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the decision.

3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the head of the Licensing Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kamyshanov V. AND.
