THE ORDER

On leaving without consideration the application for the issuance of a license for the conduct of security activities

In order to comply with the requirements of paragraph 1 of part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and in connection with the fact that the documents attached to the application for the issuance of a license are provided for in subsection 2 of paragraph 6 of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, the Limited Liability Company “SECURITY SERVICE “UNDER THE DOME” application not in full, namely, there is no copy of the document confirming the person's absence of health restrictions for the performance of functional duties, which is issued in the prescribed manner, and a copy an employment contract or an extract from the work book certified by the business entity, as well as an application and a list of personnel protection drawn up improperly

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration the application dated June 26, 2017 No. 296-2017 for obtaining a license to conduct security activities of the limited liability company “SECURITY SERVICE “UNDER THE DOME” (identification code 41266407, location: Pluhova Street, building 10-A, office 42, Lviv city, 79059).

2. The Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the decision of the working day following the day.

3. The licensing department (Kamyshanov V.I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
