On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER: 1.
To cancel the license dated 24.01.2014 of the AE series No. 284879 for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 24.01.2014 No. 55 to the limited liability company “BAGIRA SECURITY AGENCY” (identification code 38139130; location of the licensee: st. Plywood, 4, office 302, m. Kyiv).
2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day. 3.
Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
