In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. According to the information submitted by an individual — entrepreneur TARASOV MYKOLA ANATOLIYOVICH (place of residence: Rybalka Street, house 9, apartment 128, Novograd-Volynsky city, Zhytomyr region, 11700; registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2621521550), consider the store at the address: Nebesnoi Sotni Street, house 42, Zhytomyr city, is the place of economic activity on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4,5 millimeter and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

2. According to the information submitted by the private enterprise “VILLA MARIA” (Levytskoho Street, building 2, Zymna Voda village, Pustomytivskyi district, Lviv region, 81110, identification code 31300100), note the store at the address: Okruzhna street, building 57 A, Lviv city — place of business activities in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special material-loaded equipment tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense.

3. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

4th. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
