To comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. According to the information submitted by the limited liability company “EPICENTER K” (str. Bratislava, 11, m. Kyiv, 02139, identification code 32490244), consider shops at the addresses: st. Ivasyuka, 17, m. Ivano-Frankivsk; str. Khotynska, bud. 10-A, m. Chernivtsi — places of economic activity with trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; sale of special equipment charged with substances of tear and irritant action, protection, active defense.

2. The Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. The licensing department (Kamyshanov V.I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
