THE ORDER

On the cancellation of licenses for the conduct of certain types of economic activities

In accordance with the requirements of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of KP “MYSLIVETS” about the cancellation of their own licenses

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AB series No. 601563 for the conduct of activities related to the trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; license of AB series No. 601574 for conducting special sales activities means charged with tear and irritating substances, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of August 15, 2012 No. 707 to the collective enterprise “MYSLIVETS” (location: st. Basivkutskaya, bud. 5-A, m. Rivne, 33025, identification code 22583901).

2. The Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
